Skills and qualifications:
- Proven technical consulting experience delivering large and complex solutions for enterprise customers across all phases of the project lifecycle
- Experience designing and implementing solutions using Lync 2013 and earlier versions is essential for this role
- Enterprise Voice experience with Lync is essential; experience with multiple gateways, conferencing products and competitive products will be highly regarded
- Experience with Office 365, Exchange 2013, Active Directory and other related infrastructure technologies are highly desirable
- Strong time, project and priority management skills
- Degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent
- Certifications in Microsoft technologies and from other industry-recognised bodies
- Analytical problem solver, able to connect technology to business issues
- Australian citizenship is required for this role
