KPMG is experiencing significant growth in this practice across the country and is recruiting for staff at various levels in our Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane offices.
We are looking for a number of shared services and outsourcing professionals to be an integral part of this growing and highly successful team.

Primarily your responsibilities will be focussed on:

· Leading and supporting the delivery of shared service and outsourcing engagements, primarily IT outsourcing focused · Assisting with business development and be an active participant in the continued growth of the shared service and outsourcing practice · Enhancing the practice through thought leadership and the development of new offerings · Actively leading and mentoring more junior team members
The successful candidates will be able to clearly demonstrate;

· Experience in shared services and outsourcing, ideally gained within a consulting environment
· Appropriate qualifications including a degree in a related discipline, with a working knowledge of IT industry methodologies e.g. ITIL
· An in depth understanding of the full sourcing/outsourcing lifecycle combined with a good understanding of the Australian sourcing market, service providers and trends
· Excellent teamwork, well developed communication skills, both written and verbal
