What's On Offer?

Our Bid Center offer a centralised resource within Fujitsu, managing all aspects of risk, pricing and delivery for multiple deals within new and existing accounts. As we continue to develop the function and increase market share we are looking to recruit two Senior Customer Solutions Architects to work across multiple deals managing all risk from a commercial perspective

You will be a subject matter expert with experience of leading and directing a large design team, proven experience working with and influencing at director level, understand customers business and commercial issues and the ability to demonstrate the benefits of a wide range of IT services to our clients.

This is an opportunity to work at an extremely senior level within Fujitsu, working with our CEO, Bid Directors, Sales and Service Delivery to create commercially sound agreements with our clients that will have a tangible effect on Fujitsu’s continued success.

Responsibilities

• Leading and coaching large designs team to help them identify business opportunities and define customer requirements.
• Responsible for the definition of major technological projects for customers or Fujitsu, communicating these to team members for them to design and implement.
•Managing a large design team, defining the approach to larger/more complex solution development and acceptance testing, and identifying strategic level risks and remedies.
• Developing and sharing original thinking on significant areas of IT and future direction to influence the division’s business strategy.
• Working with customers to understand their business strategy and develop IT strategies and architecture for significant areas of their business. Helps them see how technological issues should affect their business strategies.
• Managing a large design team to agree customer requirements and produce the design, setting high level criteria for the design of major solutions and exercising design control over the implementation.
• Communicating the impact of emerging technologies on customer and Fujitsu business to senior level customers and Fujitsu business.

Experience/Qualifications
Extensive commercial experience
Previous bid experience, working on multiple, high value bids, ideally at the $100 mil + level
Extensive managed services presales experience
Excellent communication and consulting skills.
Technical leadership.
Customer and business orientation.
Extensive and in-depth knowledge of IT.
Expert in use of chosen method and tools.
Knowledge of Fujitsu - well aware of Fujitsu capabilities and technologies relevant to own business area.
Experienced in a wide range of technology areas and all areas of the solution life cycle.
