About our team
Risk Services help our clients identify, manage and elevate their preparedness for risk, driving the risk agenda across key areas of the Australian economy. Across our Business Risk, Technology Risk and Enterprise Risk teams we invest in and drive innovation within our core and niche consulting products, providing first, second and third lines of defence to our clients. Our WH&S team works with organisations to increase awareness and embed safety management, compliance monitoring, development and effectiveness of health & safety and wellness initiatives.
About the role
Based in our Sydney office offers the opportunity to work across a variety of interesting clients and consulting assignments providing services such as:-
WH&S audits and gap analysis
WH&S management systems design and implementation as well as strategy development
Safety culture assessments, safety leadership and people engagement programs
About your experience
As a Director within the WH&S team you will bring a holistic approach, high level planning and organisational skills and a proven capability in developing and maintaining strong professional relationships and senior personnel within our client base
A sound legislative knowledge, experience with compliance obligations and systems implementation specific to WHS, is essential
Professional services/consulting experience is desirable
Relevant tertiary qualifications and varied industry experience will be well regarded.
