About the role
We are seeking an Associate Director to join our central Financial Management Group (FMG) team. In this newly created role, you will work closely with the Human Resources Director and Chief Operating Officer of FMG to drive the global training agenda for FMG.
Key responsibilities will include:
continually developing and improving the FMG technical and non-technical training offerings
ensuring the overall development agenda is implemented, delivered, assessed and tracked
review of technical training offerings, including conducting of needs analysis
design and development of new technical training modules in conjunction with subject matter experts.
liaising with the central HR Learning & Development resources and FMG HR to provide recommendations on the most suitable modes of delivery training offerings
Positively influence FMG to promote a continuous learning culture
About you
To be successful, you will have experience in implementing technical and non-technical training together with a working knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design. You will also have:
experience in a similar training role preferably in a Big 4 accountancy firm
tertiary qualifications preferably in Finance
a strong team player mindset and the ability to collaborate across teams
exceptional communication skills
the ability to influence senior stakeholders
outstanding planning, organisation and project management skills
