Job Description
Deloitte Private Connect are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to drive business growth & strategy through the development and delivery of targeted marketing planning for a new product offering.

You will be a highly motivated self-starter who will be driven to make an impact and deliver extraordinary results. Responsibilities include;



Create the Deloitte Private Connect brand through relationship management, communications, and a targeted program of marketing activities
Negotiate, allocate, and provide guidance to Marketing Operations & Planning resources to facilitate the execution of planned marketing activities
Reporting to Deloitte Private partners and executive team on marketing activity progress and outcomes, sales and pipeline using agreed frameworks and standardised reports
Identify and anticipate relevant market trends or issues and apply to planning, product packaging, and communications , as well as support the development of “product sets’ to facilitate revenue generation
Commission and leverage market intelligence, liaising with the IP Team.
Drive the completion and follow-up of clients satisfaction surveys, liaising with the Client Experience team
Drive the development of thought leadership within the service line, liaising with Corporate CommunicationsDemonstrate the effectiveness of marketing activity to the Deloitte Private executive team and the partners
Develop a digital strategy leveraging multiple digital channels such as social media, Deloitte website, blogs and so on
Implement structure & workflow processes and directly manage a team of marketing professionals.

About your experience

To be successful in this role you will ideally hold;

10+ years’ experience in a broad range of marketing and business development activities,
Ability to manage multiple complex projects
Depth of knowledge to direct all relevant channels of marketing
Ability and skills to qualify opportunities and bring ideas to account management meetings.
Experience within a matrix structure, Professional Services experience desirable.
