Strategic Outsourcing and Delivery (SO DEL) participate in the pursuit and qualification of new strategic outsourcing engagements and incremental business opportunities, and deliver a broad range of application management and managed operations services to IBM's strategic outsourcing customers in Australia and New Zealand.

As the Service Delivery Manager you will be the single point of contact and be the advocate between Service Delivery and the DPM/PE/Customer. You will assist with management of costs including annual DOU/interlock plan negotiations between service delivery and the DPM. As well as contribute to positive customer satisfaction and customer relationship and you will also manage delivering to contract performance standards and client measurements.

You have the ability to drive/Manage service quality and improvement of service delivery processes and participate in the (O)/U cost/recovery management with the DPM/PE. Manage and coordinate problem and change across the delivery organisation will also belong to your responsibilities as well as continually identify ways to reduce costs delivering the services and improve service. You understand customer requirements and business opportunity/requirement identification, guidance, support and closure. If you can provide technical support and participate in the Change Control Board and/or change control process as well as account leadership/direction and technical support together with the ability to drive/participate and coordinate crisis management, we really want to see your application.

Mandatory Skills Required:

- Min 3 yrs experience as a Service Delivery Manager required
- Mining experience preferred
- The role is based in Brisbane, Australia

Required
Bachelor's Degree
At least 3 years experience in Excellent verbal and written communications skills
At least 3 years experience in leadership, business accumen, financial management
At least 3 years experience in ITIL demonstrated knowledge
English: Fluent
