Role Dimensions Of a Practice Director
Lead the Solution design for key Transformation/Change business Industrial Automation opportunities
Develop an integrated solution design with help of relevant service lines and delivery SPOCs.
Solution defense to key CXOs in customer organization
Engage with Sales to ensure solution is aligned to key business objectives
Work with finance and sales and customer for commercial closure

Engage with Delivery for SOW closure, and ensure delivery readiness
Provide leadership to guide and build technical talents in a transformational program
Take end to end ownership to deliver a competitive, winning and execution ready solution design

Ideal Candidate Should Have
Relevant experience as an Architect or Delivery leader for at least 8+ years
Expertise and deep understanding of Architecture standards, technology Know-how and best practices in areas of manufacturing and industrial automation, MES, Control Systems.
Functional Understanding in any of the following areas of discrete, process and continuous MES
Well aware of industry trends and key current solution framework
Techno - Functional expertise in industrial and manufacturing solutions, IT/OT Integration, Industrial IoT
Solution Design /Delivery experience in related Transformation projects
Ability to engage with customer executives and defend complex solution design at CXO levels
Technology Savvy - move and understand new technology in a very short time frame
Detailed Oriented - Experience of creating detailed technical and architecture artifacts as part of solution and post win
Readiness to travel at short notice
