Facilities Director - Fitness First Asia - Sydney

Job description
Reporting to the Fitness First Asia (FFA) Property Director to contribute to the overall leadership of the Property Function in the Region, providing insights, challenges and support on a regular basis.
Lead Facilities Management across the FFA Property estate to ensure it provides excellent, enduring facilities for the business operations, both for employees and members at all times, within agreed parameters.

Set the strategic direction of the Facilities Management in conjunction with the FFA Property Director and the Fitness First Group (FFG) standard procedures.
Lead the management, development, performance and continuous improvement of all Facilities Management related activities and initiatives including reactive and planned maintenance, utility services, health and safety, cleaning and other services delivered on site for all clubs and offices in the FFA estate.
Manage the country based Facilities Managers and a regional property related suppliers.



Desired Skills and Experience
Experience of working at a senior level in a global private or public company environment.
Experience of leading a Facilities team within a business which has a mixed portfolio of office and customer facing sites (typically Retail/Hospitality/Leisure/Financial Services).
Experience of operating within a governance based, structured environment and ability to create and operate credible governance procedures
Experience of managing within a matrix structure.
