We’re currently seeking world class Director Candidates with strong C-Level technology advisory around Enterprise Cloud Services skills daring to drive innovation at industry and client levels. These dynamic individuals will possess large scale transformation delivery or business as usual run experience (>$150m), as well as a Cloud Services background (Private, Public, or Hybrid) to help support the growth of our national and regional APAC business to be based in Melbourne or Sydney.
Experience required (over 15 years’ experience covering):
Industry thought-leader in a senior management role (e.g Chief Technical Officer, Global Program Leader, Technology Director), preferably having a strong global and regional focus
Demonstrable experience with Cloud Computing, Data Centre Migrations and Application migrations within large scale environments.
Demonstrable experience leading large scale technical programs, ideally with Cloud, Data Centre and Application strategy transformation objectives.
Leading client-facing business development, engagement delivery, practice development and thought leadership related to IT strategy, architecture, engineering, operations, policy/processes/ standards, organizational design, governance, change management, enabling technology, and program delivery
Ownership of the relationship between Business and Technology stakeholders to ensure the successful support of initiatives across run and change
Key skills/attributes required
Ability to manage experienced teams who will design, architect and upgrade large and complex infrastructures including Cloud (public, private, hybrid).
Ability to develop strategy; as well as write, communicate, facilitate, and present cogently; to and/or for all levels of industry audiences, clients and internal staff and management
Manage the effectiveness of relationship with clients and engagement team members
