This newly created role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our innovative organization in this stand alone role.

Reporting to the Director of eCommerce APAC, you will be responsible for the digital marketing activity in Australia and New Zealand and support additional markets as eCommerce is expanded throughout APAC.

Key Responsibilities:
Developing an effective customer acquisition & retention digital marketing strategy for the APAC region (including; SEM, SEO, online display, email marketing, affiliate marketing, social media, etc.)
The development and execution of creative and innovative digital marketing campaigns, that are continually being tested and optimized to maximize customer acquisition & retention and drive revenue
Work with global digital marketing, data planning & analytics and external partners to continually optimize media buys and digital campaigns and to monitor and analyze key performance indicators for all digital marketing activity.
Be a digital evangelist keeping up-to-date with all industry trends and developments to stay cutting edge and ahead of the competition.
Desired Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications and at least 7 years commercial marketing experience with at least 5 years in a digital/e-commerce marketing environment and/or digital agency. To be successful you will have a genuine passion for digital marketing and be someone who is ahead of the curve in this space. You need to enjoy working with a small close knit team locally, while building and leveraging relationships with teams globally. You will need to relish the opportunity to drive the online business in APAC through effective customer acquisition and retention.
