This key Sales Support role will be accountable for developing programs and processes aimed at enhancing Customer Experience and Satisfaction from a Sales perspective, and working across the business on implementation. Responsibilities Include:
Mapping Sales Processes and Defining Best Practice •Analysing CSI Trends Nationally and highlighting areas for development
Analysing Sales Customer Satisfaction Survey Results/Reporting by Dealer
Targeting dealers in need of improvement with joint visits (with Region’s) and developing agreed improvement plans
Managing Sales CSI Service provider(s)
Working with Sales Training to ensure programs are geared to CSI improvement •Coordinating the Mystery Shop Program
Desired Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
Tertiary Qualifications
Relevant Automotive Experience in a senior commercial role
Demonstrated analytical and numerical skills
Computer Literacy
A passion for Customer Service/Experience
Very strong Interpersonal skills
