WWF-Australia, the global conservation organisation, is seeking a dynamic leader to transform WWF’s marketing, engagement, brand presence, communications and campaigns into the digital future.
About the role
Reporting to the CEO and working with the Executive Team, the role establishes and leads WWF’s digital marketing and engagement capabilities to enhance fundraising, conservation and institutional delivery. The role contributes to the general management of WWF-Australia and works with the Executive Team to deliver strategic and integrated organisation plans and outcomes. As part of the WWF Global Network, the role works at the international level to collaborate and contribute to global initiatives.

Desired Skills and Experience
Advanced knowledge and experience in strategy formulation and implementation across the whole suite of marketing, engagement, internal and external communications, brand presence, and channel optimisation
Significant experience leading successful digital communications and business models and demonstrated capability scoping, selecting and implementing technology platforms to drive business improvement
A track record of success in implementing entrepreneurial strategies and capitalising on opportunities in an emerging market
Demonstrated change management experience
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills
Excellent understanding of the social business environment
Exceptional human resources and financial management capabilities, including experience building a constructive and innovative workplace culture
Excellent relationship management, verbal and written communication, and influencing skills at the Board level
Ability to travel from time to time as required
Ideally, you will have a strong interest in the environment, conservation and sustainable development.
