Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining the tax strategy for Fuji Xerox Australia (FXA) and other Fuji Xerox companies in Australia.

Accountabilities:
Develop, agree and implement FXA’s tax strategy
Ensure all taxation activities and requirements are accurately completed within time and within professional guidelines and standards
Establish business relationships with key stakeholders to ensure best possible outcomes within compliance boundaries
Ensure the financial integrity of FXA internally and externally
Manage the risks and exposure of business decisions of FXA
Manage a small team to achieve high levels of engagement and teamwork
Ensure your team’s capabilities are recognised and developed to their full potential
Desired Skills and Experience
CPA or CA equivalent
10 years tax experience
Qualifications and training within a chartered environment
Specific experience relating to tax groups and APA activity with the ATO
Experience in transfer pricing with an off-shore parent company
