Every month we deliver over 20,000 packages to our customers across Australia, from Hamilton Island to Dimboola. Our Operations and Logistics Manager will be at the heart of our growing business to meet the high standards of our service. The goal of our operations team is to deliver superior experience to our customers throughout all their interactions with Bellabox, manage our daily logistics including our courier service and packaging operations.
Your tasks:
You will manage the daily operations to deliver a superior experience to surprise and delight our customers every day
You will set up and manage the logistics team to ensure consistent and accurate delivery of boxes and shop orders
Analysis of our current and alternative 3PL partners
Develop ways to improve the customer experience and operational protocols
Manage the packaging partner based in China to ensure accurate and timely delivery of stock
Set up and manage our courier partner to deliver a world class ecommerce experience
Work closely and across all departments at Bellabox
Your Profile:
4+ years experience in operations, logistics or supply chain management
2 years experience in e-commerce a distinct advantage
Strategic Problem Solver – always coming up with new ideas how to improve and make things better
Proven track record of dealing with and negotiating with vendors
Very organised person, you were born organised!
