Job description
The Australia VP is on point to build a market-leading position for Go Daddy in Australia by delivering compelling end-to-end experiences for small business supported by world-class go to market activities offering SMB solutions and platforms.

The Australia Vice President is the driver for Australia customer acquisition, growing market share and revenues in the AU/NZ regions. Key to success will be driving local brand awareness, driving local marketing activities, growing usage and customer loyalty. Go Daddy has a unique opportunity to build a strong position and to win the hearts and minds of small businesses and resellers as internet penetration grows and new businesses come online worldwide. The Vice President is responsible for achieving market share, customer growth and revenue targets through the effective management and development of in market teams/activities. This Vice President will manage an in market team to drive execution of outreach efforts to resellers, small businesses, and channel partners. This role will inform our global PR, direct and brand marketing plans from a local market point of view and will partner locally with in market agencies and partners on sourcing and local execution. The Australia Vice President will work to deliver on the business objectives for their team and market while representing and connecting the local market to the global and corporate Go Daddy team, guiding the implementation of strategies across markets, including devising local strategies and plans to drive business performance in key markets.


Responsibilities:

Team/Leadership:

Directly manage in country team members.
Responsible for leading and building out in region/market capabilities for Marketing, Business Development, PR, Channel partnerships, Small Business, Reseller and Developer community outreach.
Provide leadership and direction, building and establishing Go Daddy’s presence in Australia and New Zealand.

Marketing/PR:

Ensure effective brand marketing activities and spend
Manage and deliver on CPA targets

Business Performance:

Deliver on customer growth targets based on sound analysis of the market and identified opportunities.
Deliver on agreed quarterly and annual customer adds and revenue targets for Australia and New Zealand.

Customer Satisfaction/Net Promoter:

Drive up customer and partner satisfaction in Australia and New Zealand, resolving high-level issues
Establish and deliver against all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Deliverables include conducting regular business reviews on market activity and performance. Success in this role relies on an in-depth understanding of customers /partners in the Australian and New Zealand markets and the ability to identify opportunities to grow share and revenues by optimizing team and product performance.
