You will own and drive the ANZ operations team for management and accuracy on all Business Operations activities for Australia & New Zealand. Provide excellent standards of operation controls for the ANZ business including weekly reporting to the CGM for ANZ and providing strong leadership to the Operations team.
• Facilitating Weekly Cadence across the ANZ Leadership Team
• Prepare for and participate in weekly Business Management System meetings
• Prepare and participate in quarterly AP operations review
• Maintain price protection claims process for Distribution Partners
• Maintain operational reporting databases
• Provide operations support to the Channel Sales team in preparation of Quarterly Business Reviews for key business partners
• Liaise with market intelligence firms (IDC and Gartner)
• Oversee the Incentives and Commissions process in conjunction with HR
• Local 'dotted-line' responsibility for the ANZ BT/IT team
• Grow staff capability within ANZ Operations teams
Position Requirements
Key Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years experience as Operations Leader at Executive level, preferably in the PC or similar industries
• Confidence and ‘presence’ in presenting to “C Level Executives”
• Accountable for delivery of accurate and insightful Operations results.
• Familiarity and confidence operating in a fast paced business
• Track record of strong leadership of teams
