Allianz Australia’s Broker & Agency division is our largest distribution channel, whose customers include Commercial, Corporate and International buyer groups throughout Australia and New Zealand. Our Commercial team works with a large network of brokers nationally, offering a range of products from domestic business through to tailored commercial products.

We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Property Underwriter to join our Commercial team in Melbourne.

You will be responsible for the effective management and ‎leadership of our largest portfolio whilst being part of the broader underwriting ‎team.

You will have the ability to influence and shape our Property portfolio, together ‎with educating and training our people. You will also form effective business ‎relationships with our key partners and help drive results.

Desired Skills and Experience
Candidates will ideally possess the following skills and experience:‎
Significant experience in Property Insurance and knowledge of relevant ‎legislation
Superior customer focus and drive to develop business relationships
Strong communication skills and attention to detail‎
Enthusiasm, energy and focus on delivering results
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative work ‎environment
ANZIIF qualifications‎
