The role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager with sound BMS knowledge to join our Systems Team, based in the Rowville Office. The successful candidate will plan and oversee the design, procurement and construction phases of major installation projects in Victoria.

This role will be responsible for:
Providing overall business leadership, including full financial responsibility, to achieve all the planned objectives and to ensure efficient operational delivery;
Providing overall design responsibility for the assigned projects including design documents;
Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction;
Management of the project team in meeting their deliverables;
Taking ownership of the business and suggesting improvements which will result in increased productivity/ efficiency and/or reduced costs;
Contractual management of the Project including securing variations and resolving contractual issues.
The right person
A strong background in project management is essential as well as experience with BMS design, installation and commissioning initiatives. Contractual management experience of projects will also be a requirement of the role.

It is expected that the successful applicant will have tertiary/trade qualification, have an understanding of legislation including EH&S and quality. You will also be a self starter with a pro-active, problem solving approach, an ability to work well in a team, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
