Key Responsibilities
Define and build a digital marketing program which includes campaign management, email marketing strategy and web strategy
Develop & implement a Social Media Strategy
Develop KPIs and conduct marketing effectiveness analysis during and following campaigns.
Develop digital marketing best practices, policies and procedures
Discover, test and trial new online marketing initiatives for acquisition and retention
Reporting and testing
Champion new ideas and be both proactive and reactive to changes in the digital market place
Reporting data analytics to optimise growth and performance of the site, email and other online marketing activities
Help maintain brand consistency across all online products
High level of communication skills required to liaise with internal staff relating to any traffic related requirements, customer service updates
Experience in a broad range of digital initiatives including website/mobile development, UX design, producing wireframes, email marketing, digital display advertising, SEO and SEM
Experience with the technical side of digital, including working knowledge of HTML, CSS, jQuery, tracking codes for analytics

Skills and Attributes Required
3+ years’ in depth experience working with digital marketing initiatives preferred
Be passionate about their smart phone and love advertising
Experience and confidence with managing 3rd parties and external agencies
Have demonstrated experience in a digital marketing role
Entrepreneurial mindset, tremendous drive & ownership, hands-on, high attention to detail
Strong understanding of technology and business
Extensive digital marketing experience, combined with strategic and tactical decision making skills
Ability to analyse, amend and troubleshoot across a variety of ad types
Strong analytical skills and experience with monitoring online metrics
Delivery focused with a tenacious approach to drive through projects
Be organised and able to proactively communicate with a variety of stakeholders
The ability to work in a fast paced start up environment
Enthusiastic, pro-active and with a team orientated approach
Cope well with pressure and conflicting demands
Possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills
