Due to significant short, medium and long term opportunity as government institutions and agencies continually reform agenda, we are looking for an experienced Director to help grow our Public Sector team in Victoria.
Reporting to the Partner you will work in a team environment. Often working remotely from the client site you will be responsible for selling work, building and maintaining relationships with senior client stakeholders, presenting client deliverables, managing multiple projects and developing the capabilities of our public sector team.
Your success in the role will be measured on your ability to build strong relationships in the public sector, develop our team capability whilst delivering high quality outputs across multiple projects.
To be successful in this role, along with a genuine passion for driving innovation across areas such as Education, Health, Environment & Justice you will demonstrate:
Degree Qualifications (MBA Highly regarded)
First class operational consulting skills
Knowledge of and credibility with public sector clients
The ability to work autonomously and drive business through building deep, long lasting relationships and thought leadership
Existing relationships across Higher Education / Victorian Government
