Responsibilities:
We to maintain team diversity and encourage any possible options around it. Local market experience would be a huge advantage.
Professional will be responsible for predominantly booking targets for BFSI business across Big 4 and Wealth/Insurance.
Strong ‘current’ business connects with target customers will be very critical.
Responsible for ‘personally leading’ consulting projects around roadmap / business architecture / enterprise technical architecture.
Proactively execute the plan and identify the opportunities to develop a roadmap to enhance HCL’s position.

Maintaining and building upon existing executive level relationships.
Building and managing client relationships at the GM, VP, and CXO level.
C-Level Relationship Management and consistent track record for the same.
Continue to position the HCL brand and reputation with key stakeholders and build upon the relationship to ensure that we continue to breed innovation.

Have the ability to outmaneuver our key competition and have a strong awareness of their strengths and weaknesses so HCL is correctly represented in new and existing business.
Exhibit strong management skills and have the ability to motivate and empower a large and diverse team of account managers and professionals.
