Sales Planner - Digital Media - BBC Worldwide - Macquarie Park


Job description
Assist sales team in drafting and developing proposals for presentations to clients;
Regularly review revenue and inventory data to ensure that placements are delivered and are in line with business expectations;
Manage internal and client approvals to process documents for optimisation, revision and make good, cancellations and renews;
Communicate and follow up with client and internal departments in regard to live campaigns to address any concerns;
Ensure all campaigns have been properly delivered per the IO and revenue has been appropriately recognised;
Create and maintain delivery reports as necessary, including online reports and campaigns; and
Use research data and web analytics to assist in creating sales stories.

Desired Skills and Experience
Individual must be able to work independently within a small dynamic team and be able to organise and prioritise their own workload;
Minimum of 1 years experience in using Nielsen, Dart Sales Manager, Dart for Publishers or Dart for Advertisers or similar experience;
Strong communication, organisational and numerical skills;
Ability to work within a fast paced environment;
Excellent written and verbal skills;
Must be digitally literate;
Sensitivity to an international media buying community; and
Ability to inform and educate internal and external stakeholders about digital advertising.
