With offices in Australia and the USA, we are leading the industry with our technology and require an experienced sales executive to drive our Publisher Sales channel.
The Role
As the VP Publisher Sales, you will be responsible for identifying and securing partnerships with mobile app publishers (iOS and Android) to monetize their in-app inventory via LeadBolt’s ad network.
This is both a management and “hunter” role – as you will lead and grow the Publisher Sales team as well as have your own sales quota and be responsible for signing new business.
Based in our Bondi Junction office, this is a senior sales role and will allow you to make a meaningful impact within the company. You will be required to:
Grow revenue through:
Team Development: Manage a team of Sales / Account managers, responsible for their performance, coaching/training and development
Sales / business development to top tier publishers
The ability to lead all aspects of a top tier publisher relationship. This will include executive meetings, business development discussions, contract negotiations, account planning, technology planning, and long term opportunity identification
Represent LeadBolt at local and international industry functions and forums
Leverage deep knowledge of your publishers, and the broader mobile app market, to enhance and improve our publisher product suite, refine our value proposition, and improve our understanding of the markets in which we compete
Desired Skills & Experience
To be considered for this role, you will have:
3+ years of experience in sales and / or business development
proven track record of meeting or exceeding all goals
previous sales management experience
experience in the online or mobile advertising market and / or closing deals with app developers
excellent communication skills
strong analytical and critical thinking skills
pro-active personality, a team player
creativity and problem solving skill
strong knowledge of MS Office
