Hyundai Motor Company Australia is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to join our Western Region Team based in our new Regional office in Perth. The position will be responsible for developing and implementing programs in partnership with the dealer network aimed at improving Customer Satisfaction for Aftersales and growing Parts and Accessories Sales. This position reports into the Regional General Manager Western Region with dotted line reporting to our Head Office Aftersales Leadership Team.

Key Responsibilities:
Achieve Parts and Accessories sales targets for Western Region
Achieve Customer Satisfaction targets for Western Region
Assessing and improving of Dealership Aftersales Standards in Western Region
Developing a training plan and recommend training curriculum for Dealership Staff in the Western Region •Management of Aftersales policies and procedures in Western Region including warranty and parts policies
Line Management of regional Aftersales Team
Develop and maintain relationships with insurance companies, accident repair shops, trade operators.
Desired Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor’s Degree / Business Degree (highly desirable)
Retail or wholesale service and parts management experience
Excellent presentation and training skills
Coaching and/or mentoring skills
A commitment to good teamwork
Solid Computer literacy.
