An exciting full-time opportunity has become available reporting to the Quality & Food Safety Manager within the Botany Quality department. WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
In your role, you will be part of our success by:

Leading a team to continuously improve and sustain a high quality product at our Botany Plant
Managing all consumer complaints and analysis
Collaborating with key stakeholders to strengthen the supplier quality assurance program
Providing expertise and support to plant quality issues, projects and initiatives
Developing and implementing solutions to opportunities and gaps that are proactively identified by you


WHAT DO I NEED TO DEMONSTRATE?
As well as a hunger to learn and succeed in the quality team, to be considered for this position you must be able to meet the following requirements:

Required:

Strong leadership capability with the ability to develop and grow a team
Significant demonstrated experience in Quality Management in a food manufacturing environment
Strong technical knowledge with an ability to manage and deliver continuous improvement programs
Excellent interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills

Preferred:

Scientific or technical degree, preferably relating to Food Science & Technology
Demonstrated ability to lead and work as part of a team
