Job description

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will define, scope, design and schedule an effective organisation wide review of the City’s operating model to ensure that it is well positioned to meet its strategic community objectives over the next ten years in this rapidly expanding local government authority. This would include internal stakeholder management and engagement, communication plans, benefits realisation plans and facilitating business process development.

Desired Skills and Experience

Suitably qualified, you will have significant senior level experience in planning, leading and implementing large organisational change in a multi faceted business environment. As a tenacious and forward thinking individual, you will also possess analytical, influencing and problem solving skills. Benefits include a base salary of up to $160,000 plus superannuation.
