Reporting to the Chief Executive, Bank of Melbourne and as part of the Executive Leadership Team, this role is to lead, challenge and actively support the development of a diverse, experienced Brand & Marketing team working across Retail & Business Banking, Corporate & Commercial Banking, Digital, Local Area Marketing, Customer Activation, Partnerships & Events.

In this role you will need to understand a multi brand strategy and develop strong working relationships across the Group. The Head of Brand of Marketing for Bank of Melbourne is passionate about Victoria and works closely with the business to continue to build customer advocacy and through our partnerships actively contribute to the growth and prosperity of Victoria.

To be successful in this high profile senior role you will have a leadership style that values diversity and individuality whilst driving a great team culture and team approach to achieving a clear vision.

You will have strong financial and commercial acumen and a good understanding of Banking products and services working in a fast paced, hands on environment. You will be able to demonstrate success in developing mid and long term Brand strategy and delivering on that strategy, managing Agency partnerships and agreements and be accountable for managing the day to day business needs.

Most of all you are a people person, able to build relationships with a wide range of people internally and externally, feel passionate about the success of Victoria and all Victorians and will enjoy working alongside the Chief Executive as a custodian of the Brand.
