Job Description
As part of our Customer team you will help your clients transform their customer engagement in a digital economy and rethink their customer experience and interactions, reducing cost and growing their business in a sustainable manner.

Drawing on our local and global networks you will learn to adapt proven customer experience transformation, experience by design, design thinking and digital innovation methods and practices to fit different operational and cultural needs in different industries, including both public and private organisations. Your knowledge, experience and skills will help to shape our services.

In a varied role that you will be able to shape yourself, your key focuses will see you –

Manage and grow the portfolio of existing clients and continuously adding value for them,
Grow a diversified portfolio customer base locally and nationally,
Lead a very dynamic and ambitious team, continuing to develop and empower their skills and output,
Promote the EY agenda of Customer experience transformation through Digital innovation in the market.

About you

You already have a demonstrated track record in customer-centric transformation and strategy consulting, as well as the following experience and skills –

Experience in a similar position within a progressive leading organisation and/or another reputed consulting firm,
A proven track record for leading customer strategy and digital innovation transformation,
A strong background in Business Development with measurable outcomes,
Excellent senior stakeholder management and communication skills at senior executive level and boards,
The ability to energise and influence senior leaders through disruptive change
Demonstrable leadership skills and experience in nurturing and growing talent
Previous consulting experience will be highly regarded.
