As we realign our business to meet both the needs of our consumers; our customers and the changing employment market we are now looking for an exceptional individual for the Group Head of Compensation. As the Group Head of Compensation, reporting to the Group HR Director, key deliverables will include:
Group Compensation Strategy – cash, benefits and incentive plans, liaising with Group Leadership Team and HR Leadership Team
Compliance with agreed governance framework
Benchmarking Competitiveness - consistent with market trends, best practice and Group objectives, develop compensation flexibility practices to assist with attraction, engagement and retention

Annual and Mid-Year Review – lead the review process, set target rates, support business HRDs
Board Liaison – active member of Board Compensation Committee, prepare Board papers and contribute to Annual Remuneration Report
Mobility – develop expatriate policies, benchmark package and local tax requirements, advise on immigration requirements

About You
This is a crucial leadership position working within a complex stakeholder structure, developing and driving a vision for the business that will ensure the continued growth and success of CCA. As such your experience must include:
10-15 years’ experience in Accounting and / or HR Management, particularly with Executive Compensation, and preferably in a large public company
Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills
Strong level of exposure to Board Remuneration Committees
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and exercise flexibility and agility in response to multiple assignments or business critical activity
Ability to quickly establish credibility, to partner effectively with business leaders and HR colleagues
Ability to manage and lead remuneration resources in a matrix organisational structure
Experience in articulating complex messages, both verbal and written
