A publicly-listed company, our portfolio of brands includes owned brands like Mount Franklin, Kirks and Deep Springs and also Coca-Cola, Sprite, Fanta, Lift, Powerade, Vitamin Water, Pump, which CCA manufactures and distributes in agreement with the Coca-Cola Company.

We have an exciting opportunity to join CCA Brand Team as Senior Brand Manager for Mount Franklin, Australia’s favourite water brand & one of Australia’s most trusted brands. The challenge might be different than you would think. In this high profile role you will not be implementing global plans; you will have the opportunity to shape your own agenda and make your mark.



Reporting to the Marketing Manager Mount Franklin – Still & Lightly Sparkling, you will have full responsibility for the Mount Franklin Still Water range. You will create & implement the strategies for this premium brand leader, covering the full marketing mix including brand planning, communication strategy, consumer insights, media strategy and creative, social media strategy, packaging and NPD. Based in North Sydney, you will work closely with an exciting asset portfolio including the McGrath Foundation, Tennis Australia and Disney.

Key skills/accountabilities for the role include:
FMCG Brand Marketing Experience on a leading brand
Proven ability to develop & deliver sound brand strategy & plans based on analysis of market, consumer and channel/shopper insights
Proven ability to make a recommendation for the business based on facts and backed up with solid commercial & analytical thinking
Proven ability to translate brand strategy into inspirational marketing briefs and to manage agencies to deliver exceptional marketing campaigns
The passion & influencing skills to drive delivery of results for the brands within our system
Team-player attitude & excellent presentation skills,
Strong customer focus and the ability to work collaboratively with customer & category teams
Strong project management incl. budget management experience is absolutely required
You will be degree qualified with a min 5 to 7 years Brand Management experience and have demonstrated your ability to grow a brand in a challenging environment and manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
