Are you an experienced Director of Sales & Marketing and the next person to lead our Sales and Marketing team to success? Reporting directly to the General Manager you will focus on proactively stimulating new business while maintaining and managing existing account profile and be actively involved in planning, marketing and implementing sales strategies to meet sales targets for the MICE and leisure markets. You will assist with budget preparations, revenue strategies and identifying market peaks and need periods.

You will bring your extensive industry knowledge, contacts, networks and proven sales records to the position. You will build productive relationships and attend a range of industry and corporate events. Flexibility for domestic and international travel is a requirement.

Desired Skills and Experience
Your outgoing and friendly personality will ensure you are comfortable in dealing with leading companies, senior management and high level contract negotiation.

You will have proven sales experience, excellent communication, presentation and creative skills and be dynamic, focused, self motivated professional.
