You will Drive Collections analytics functionality to improve customer insights; operational performance; and strategy, develop investment cases and identify opportunities to reduce cost. Through this analysis the role will recommend initiatives and strategies to deliver business benefits and improved customer experience.

The Analytics manager will establish a process for the continued enhancement of Collections MIS capability, improved data repositories, report consolidation and effective integration with Analytics in Manila . The role must engage with key stakeholders from across the business in order to develop streamlined reporting and detailed analytical insights, effectively leveraging the existing analytics functionality in Manila . This role will assist in the on shore ownership of the analytics function for Collections.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Advanced SQL knowledge
- MIS systems and relational data
- Excellent communication skills
- SAS experience/knowledge
- Detailed understanding of advanced analytical methods
