Posted Position Title: Senior Telephony Applications Analyst

Role Summary/Purpose:
The Analyst will provide domain expertise in the IVR channel and act as the key liaison between the Business Channel Leader, Telephony vendors and local Voice Infrastructure Support team.

Essential Responsibilities:
The Analyst shall work with the various Support Teams (applications, infrastructure, etc) to oversee support queues, provide assistance with ITIL support processes, such as incident, problem and change management, hand-over process, focus on quality improvements and assist in reporting and analysis.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Experince with various Voice Application technologies, including IVR, Outbound IVR, Dialler and their related middleware components
