Job description
iProspect Senior Digital Performance Manager is responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day relationship between iProspect and its clients ensuring that all client activity are delivered on time, to budget and to the highest possible standard of service.
Reporting into the Business Director, you will also develop short and long-term strategies for the client. You will be supported by the Digital Performance Executive / Analyst and are responsible for contributing to their development. You are also expected to bring your own ideas and impact in growing our client relationship and improving our working practices in order to allow iProspect to deliver the best solutions to the clients business and marketing challenges
Continuously manage, monitor and evolve service delivery and profitability, to enable us to fulfill our contracted promises to clients and ensure that we consistently deliver high quality service
Be at the forefront of Digital Performance knowledge, by keeping up to date with industry news and developments
Contribute in developing new products and ways of working that improve results
Maintain a detailed understanding of the client business and digital marketing objectives
Help direct the client to understand the value of Performance Marketing and grow its in their marketing programs and customer relationships
Work with other team members to identify gaps in the client’s and agency’s knowledge of the target audience and/or market opportunities; collaborate in proposing solutions to close identified gaps
Develop a deep understanding of the target audiences’ attitudes, behaviour and perceptions, using a variety of market information and research data
Develop a solid understanding of the various digital media channels (display, affiliates, social media) and develop recommendations for your clients marketing activity
Understand all areas of iProspect’s expertise and ensure your clients are knowledgeable of our full range of products and services
Recommend solutions based on your understanding of digital marketing best practices drawing on the successes and failures of other brands in various industries
Educate the clients on digital marketing strategies and tactics; develop training sessions and/or documents as needed
Be a trusted, knowledgeable source of information and developments in digital marketing
Help in preparation for and attend sales pitches as required
Leadership & Management

Lead all aspects of the day-to-day client relationship, campaign or project development and execution
Manage client demands and expectations to ensure iProspect has the optimal time to deliver the highest quality of work
Lead your team to ensure all client work is delivered to the highest level of quality and integrity, on time and on budget
Lead the execution of the annual client business plan
Ensure all briefs are strategically sound and well-written, and inspire the teams to develop great work
Ensure all campaign elements are executed on brand and on strategy
Lead the development of regular campaign reviews and analysis and subsequent recommendations
Ensure that all campaigns are executed to plan through close collaboration with Account Executives
Innovation & Initiative
Work with an entrepreneurial spirit to identify revenue opportunities and generate ideas for your clients, within and outside of briefs
Inspire clients by demonstrating the DR and brand building capabilities of Digital Media.
Be a catalyst for idea sharing and cross-department collaboration to advance the way we work and the work we deliver for our clients

Desired Skills and Experience

At least 4 years within performance marketing, responsible for planning and achieving performance related targets
Industry leading knowledge of PPC
Experience in people management
Communicates effectively at all levels, both up and down
Client-centric – driven to delight the client

Strong client-facing skills: understanding client needs, maintaining relationships, building partnerships
Strong commercial skills
Able to work in high pressure environment and resolve client issues
