We currently have a rare opportunity for a motivated and switched on degree qualified candidate to join our CBRE Perth office and become a member of a high performing, well established team. We are looking for a Negotiator to sit within our Metropolitan Property Sales business line. You will be responsible for successfully carrying out all day to day duties involved with listing and selling commercial properties capitalising on leads and pursuing new business opportunities. Previous experience in property is desirable however we are prepared to offer flexibility and will consider entry level candidates.
The successful candidate will have:
Knowledge of current trends in commercial/retail property market across WA
An understanding of the financial drivers determining investment decisions.
Demonstrated experience in effective negotiation skills.
Ability to build effective relationships at all levels
Research and analytical skills
Superior organisational skills - ability to manage multiple projects and clients.
Intermediate to advanced level in core Microsoft packages
Strong ability to develop and implement marketing activities.
Enthusiasm and commitment to complete transactions and provide high levels of service to clients/purchasers.
Current certificate of registration is essential, degree qualified in a property or economics field is desirable.
Desired Skills and Experience
