Aligned with our vision and due to increased demand for our services, we are seeking a highly motivated Strategy & Customer Director, to join our team.

Our practice solves complex business and industry problems, helps businesses to innovate and deliver strategies to unlock value. Individuals within our team are highly analytical, creative and not afraid to tackle complex commercial problems.
As a leader and advisory professional you will work with some of our largest clients to help them to plan and develop strategies, design operating models and define customer-centric transformation programs to drive growth within their business. You will work with senior line and ‘C level’ decision makers; from problem solving and brain storming to implementable plans that tackle their most pressing challenges and business opportunities. This position will see you working closely with other groups in our Advisory practice; driving growth and implementation of operational strategy.

Desired Skills and Experience
About you

We are seeking individuals who have a demonstrated track record in strategy consulting, corporate strategy and customer-centric transformation.
In your role as a Strategy & Customer Director you will:
Work with the business leaders to develop the practice and execute strategic plans
Prepare and deliver to clients proposals and other sales supporting materials
Manage client stakeholder relationships at executive level
Build strong internal relationships within EY’s Advisory Services and with other services across the organization
Contribute to staff recruiting, retention and development activities
Be responsible for managing and supervising high-performing teams

We are looking for people with knowledge and experience in the following areas,
Strategic consulting experience in a top tier firm
Track record in Financial Services and a passion for innovation
Exceptional analytical and report writing skills
