Job Description:
The objective of this position is to drive growth of Cisco Consulting Services (CCS) in Australia by focusing on developing and delivering consulting services to Cisco’s strategic customers. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in both developing new consulting business and delivering quality consulting services, while simultaneously supporting the development of intellectual capital and thought leadership. This is a leadership position reporting into the Head of Consulting Services Australia. This person would regularly interact with the CCS Australia Team and other functions within Cisco Australia.

The ideal candidate will be a leader with experience in growing consulting business through large transformational consulting engagements at the management level and proven experience in managing teams to create and deliver compelling quality client facing deliverables. This consulting role will require a relentless focus on adding value to customers by addressing their key pain points and challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Accountable for aggressively growing both bookings and revenue following CCS's 'sell and deliver' model
• Collaborate with CCS Australia team, product sales and service sales teams to sell and deliver to Cisco's top customers in Australia
• Be the 'face' for key customers of Cisco Consulting in Australia, Cisco's partner community and within the company
• Drive close collaboration, consistency and synergy with the wider consulting organization and our partners in Sales and Delivery
• Provide executive level customer engagement for critical customer issues as required
• Assists customers with strategic direction, technology selection, implementation and rollout of IT solution

• Excellent collaboration skills to evolve the best consulting practices across Cisco
• High levels of integrity, ability to inspire trust and confidence
• Fluent English, both written and spoken

Other Requirements/ Experience:
• At least 10 year working experience in consulting
• Experience in building and leading new consulting businesses / practices
• Educational Background: Undergraduate degree in a technology or business field required and MBA preferred
