Job Description
Role Responsibilities
Develops and maintains a Vision and plans for the development and growth of the territory
Responsible to deliver the assigned budgets for the territory including revenue, profitability and strategic Line of Business elements across both direct and partner business.
Acts as an inclusive geographical leader in the territory ensuring a seamless team culture across own and other Dell teams.

Line-reporting manager for direct field sales team, responsible for assisting in quota-setting at the team/individual level and attainment of all quota measurements.
An experienced team manager with exceptional professionalism and compliance throughout the sales process from account planning, documentation of customer visits and execution of closing to ongoing customer relationship management.
Develops an internal network within Dell of influencers and responsible authorities in support of the territory
Maintains a network and presence in the industry to enabling partnering, reputation and support of Dell’s customers
Protects and enhances Dell’s ethical and cultural reputation at all times.
Directs the efforts of others in the achievement of the strategic and operational objectives of the group.
Provides direction, development and inspiration to team members.
Manages the hiring, staffing and maintaining of a diverse and effective workforce.
Responsible for career development/planning, performance and pay discussions of team members.
Engages directly with many customers and prospects, particularly at Executive level, and develops and maintains complementary relationships to support Dell’s business
Has complex problem-solving abilities with the skills necessary to manage and help resolve significant escalations or issues in the territory
Assists in planning and organizing cross-functional teams’ engagement with account.

Qualfications
15+ years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience in complex, preferably Global IT companies.
Must have extensive exposure to Public Sector customers and organisations, including current executive-level relationships..
10+ years leadership experience, strong people manager skills with the ability to manage, drive and motivate a large team.
Strong selling skills with the ability to coach direct reports and develop opportunities with larger customers.
Experience and strong ability to liaise with customers at an executive level - face to face.
Ability to multitask/run multiple activities concurrently.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, communication and presentation skills
Ability to deal with ambiguity and multiple direction changes.
Strong drive for results, while retaining a focus on consistently delivering a great customer experience and care for the team.
