Key responsibilities will include the following:
Drive engineering efficiency initiatives and standardization to improve work output and drive business growth.
Provide a high level of technical support to the project team and associated technical support staff and tradesmen.
Provide leadership, mentoring and management of the project team.
Full implementation of IMS and HSE procedures and policies.
Responsibility for all project related budget forecasts and financial control.
Proactively contribute to the development of the branch culture.
Implement policies and procedures to ensure alignment to business growth and goals.

Qualifications

To be considered for the role, you will possess the following knowledge, attributes and experience:

Degree in Engineering(Electrical, Electronics or Mechanical)
Building control systems.
Quality management systems and a track record of successful project delivery
Project management qualifications and experience.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Network protocols, virtualization and ICT.
