You will be responsible for leading the execution of client acquisition strategy for Payments & Cash Management (Corporate Segment) and be a lead transactor on new to bank and existing client’s major business growth opportunities. You will be expected to have a deep understanding of Payments & Cash Management Products and Channels and execute effectively across the Transaction Banking sales process and disciplines. You will also need to focus on leading and mentoring a sales team.

Successful Candidates will ideally have:
5 Years experience in a Transaction Banking related discipline
A tertiary qualification in a business or related discipline
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to think laterally and the flexibility to work in an environment of constant change

Ability to identify future needs of clients through key questioning techniques
Good understanding of Working Capital Management (at both financial and operational levels)
Excellent professional presence and exceptional presentation skills
Strong communication skills in order to manage client expectations
A thorough understanding of, and previous experience in transactional banking is advantageous
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
Strong understanding of transaction banking solutions
Strong client facing experience (in a sales capacity)
Knowledge of other transactional products and services sourced by Corporate Treasurers and Finance Managers
Knowledge of Markets and Treasury type products and services
Experience in dealing with a variety of customers in diverse industries
Experience in an external consulting background
Strong industry and economic research background
