MuleSoft’s Pre Sales Director APAC reports to the VP of Worldwide Pre Sales and will be challenged with driving revenue growth, building a high-performance Pre sales organization. The successful candidate is a natural leader who loves to sell and has a talent for nurturing relationships. This is the leadership position in APAC for MuleSoft's Pre-Sales team and involves a “total ownership” of all operational aspects of this function for the region. If you are a world class entrepreneurial leader, this is a game changing ground floor opportunity.

Key Objectives
Continue to build a world class organization through diligent recruiting activities, hiring and managing a complete team of Solution Consultants within the first 90 days.
Lead APAC Pre Sales team,
Recruit, retain, and develop industry leading pre sales team
Provide technical leadership and vision
Work with sales management to drive product and services revenue
Identify and qualify opportunities to grow sales funnel
Determine best team to win sales opportunities
Actively engage in customer selling and consulting opportunities
Drive large, complex deals integrating multiple technologies into an integrated solution for customers
Accountable for certification achievement across the presales organization
Develop utilization plan to achieve monthly billing targets
Responsible for the roll-out and adoption of new solutions
Ensure sales and presales solution readiness
Participate in solution development teams
