If you are a Sales Leader with a genuine passion for customers and innovation, talk to us. We are looking for someone who has an innate ability to build a culture of customer focus, extensive channel experience, and an ability to use deep customer insights to develop and market value propositions that will resonate directly with our SMB customers . You are a natural people manager – able to develop and inspire your team to bring the best out in them, and deliver outstanding results by focusing on the customer experience.
This will require an ability to build a multi-year plan, whilst collaborating across a diverse virtual team to achieve a defined strategy. You will be able to balance bringing proven approaches to market with the ability to propose creative solutions to help our SMB customers transform to the cloud. Our customers and our channel partners are looking for direction and advice to meet the challenges in front of them, and our people are looking for inspirational and inclusive leadership that continuously raises the bar. An effective communicator in both written and verbal forms, you will know how to manage a team to deliver to a sales cycle, build and manage a pipeline and deliver accurate forecasting.
