About our team
Our rapidly expanding M&A Advisory Team is involved in numerous domestic and cross-border transactions and seeks a Manager / Associate Director to join our dynamic and highly successful team - the largest corporate finance practice in Adelaide.

About our role
In your new role you will be involved in:
Leading a wide range of public and private transactions including divestments, acquisitions, mergers and capital raisings across a range of industries
Project management of transactions including direct liaison with shareholders, directors, CEOs, private equity firms and other key deal stakeholders
Providing valuation advice
Preparation of key deal documentation including Information Memorandums
Reviewing and negotiating sale and purchase agreements and other transaction documentation
Identifying and leading origination initiatives.

About your experience
Ideally you will be able to demonstrate:
Solid management experience in an M&A transaction environment, preferably in a Corporate Finance Advisory role
Excellent analytical, valuation and corporate finance skills
Well developed project management, communication and writing skills, including a track record of delivering outstanding client service
Strong people management and engagement skills
Good understanding of the Australian M&A environment (public market, private company and private equity)
Committed and enthusiastic attitude
Completed (or commenced) a post-graduate qualification (e.g. CA, CFA, Finsia or MBA)
Extensive relevant experience, including experience in M&A advisory.
