Job description
The Oracle Marketing Cloud Consulting Services team provides implementation services, out-sourced management, data, creative and strategic services to customers in APAC. With 50 consultants in Melbourne and Sydney the team provides services across APAC.
We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to lead delivery of consulting and marketing services across full service clients. The successful candidate will possess demonstrable digital account direction experience and be able to lead key accounts to deliver automated marketing solutions to some of Australia’s largest and most sophisticated marketers and brands.
Responsible for the day-to-day operation of our largest services accounts making sure the account is running smoothly and profitably.
Inspire the team (PMs, Creative, Strategy, Production) to deliver client value.
Know the client's business intimately and be an effective spokesperson for the client within Oracle Marketing Cloud; representing the client's point of view and concerns.
Ability to manage an internal team against immediate short-term projects and/or campaigns, with an understanding of long-term planning requirements and growth of the business.
Push the envelope of ground-breaking strategies (in collaboration with Strategic Services) for designing and executing successful integrated lifecycle email programs
Build collaborative client relationships and account size based on trust and tangible results
Help Program Managers and other resources to gather business requirements, identify needs and scope programs to ensure quality programs exceed client's expectations and industry standards.
Work with Customer Success Managers, Strategy Resources and Program Managers to analyse key email performance indicators and make and identify opportunities for optimizing results.
Help identify potential projects and sources of revenue.
Develop and foster team environment across functional areas – be a great cultural fit
Desired Skills and Experience
6 + years of related experience in client services or account management digital or email marketing
Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines while demonstrating enthusiasm towards colleagues and clients.
Client focus (C suite) with an obsession for building relationships and achieving measurable results
Strategic and analytical insight to identify and solve client's business, marketing and technology problems
Track record of identifying sales opportunities within existing accounts
Extremely proactive, highly organized, with ability to manage multiple tasks
Technically literate and comfortable working with Internet technologies, and desire to build technical knowledge
Strong interpersonal, diplomatic conflict-resolution and problem-solving skills.
Strong data analysis and reporting skills
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
