Your opportunity

Our Direct Life business is expanding rapidly and we have an exciting new position for a passionate Direct Marketing Manager to join our team. Working in a growth business and high performance team, you will play a key part in shaping the future of our Direct Life business within the Australian market. You'll be using your market knowledge and technical expertise to develop and execute high impact consumer and lead generation campaigns.

As a newly created role you'll have the ability to truly shape the position as your own and within an agile business environment where you can contribute significantly to our ongoing success. Your responsibilities will include:

Development and execution of marketing campaigns to generate insurance leads from alliance partner customers
Marketing collateral development - assist with the development of online content and tools, customer collateral and communications to support sales and marketing strategies
Campaign reporting & analytics - develop and maintain campaign tracking and reporting to measure and monitor performance (ROI) against target

What it takes

Attitude is everything. We're looking for an organised, confident, insightful and energetic professional with the passion to take our business forward. Impress with:

Proven success in delivering cost effective customer acquisition, cross sell and lead generation campaigns
Degree qualified in business, marketing, communications or related discipline
Minimum of 5 years experience in BTL and end to end campaigns, including direct mail and outbound telemarketing
RG146 compliant highly regarded
