Job Description
Reporting to the Group CIO, this a key role in managing the delivery of diverse information services across DFSI, to include establishing work plans, setting priorities and monitoring progress.

Listening and influencing across diverse stakeholders, you will lead the formulation and implementation of policies, procedures and quality standards for information and records management. You will lead the development of diverse strategic operational plans that support optimal information service delivery.


To be successful in this role you will have a deep understanding of information services, including current trends and practices. You are a highly regarded subject matter expert in this arena with a successful track record managing complex data in a large organisation. You thrive on developing compliant information management services and have a keen eye for policy.

Essential requirements

Extensive experience in the development and management of information management services

Demonstrated leadership skills with proven ability to lead and develop teams through change

Proven ability to build effective relationships with senior stakeholders during periods of complexity and change

Knowledge and understanding of public sector ICT policy and process will be highly regarded
