Director - Transformational help our HCM sales teams excelHCM software has been a large part of what we do for many years now - PeopleSoft, eBusiness Suite & JD Edwards.
Now with our Cloud applications, HCM Cloud and Recruiting Cloud (Taleo), this is a huge priority for us which helps support our goal of becoming No1 in the Cloud.Therefore, we have a unique opportunity for someone, Sydney or Melbourne based, requiring a HR Talent Management or HR Transformational background plus exceptional communication & client consultation skills.
Here's what we'd want from you:
Using your HR functional expertise, help our Lead Generation & Inside Sales teams learn how to uncover opportunities with HR, Recruitment & iLearning stakeholders for the sales teams to qualify
Help us direct our marketing efforts in the right way too
Work with our field-based sales teams, helping them navigate complex HR business discussions
Talk long-term strategy with our clients relating to their HR goals and how we can support their future-state plans

Be the brand ambassador for Oracle HCM including speaking at customer and marketing events on topics close to the hearts of HR stakeholders.
Indirectly, help generate revenue for HCM by positively influencing the sales process.
There will be some travel both local and inter-state to attend client meetings and presentations, therefore, flexibility required.
