Businesses that partner with Google come in all shapes, sizes and market caps, and no one Google advertising solution works for all. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities shapes how new and existing business grow. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you provide Google-caliber client service, research and market analysis. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of Google's key clients and understand how our range of product offerings can grow their business. Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

Behind every advertising campaign at Google are systems to make it run. Behind those systems are Googlers who advise and partner with our users and customers. You will lead and execute projects supporting clients who use DoubleClick products, including DoubleClick for Advertisers, DoubleClick Bid Manager, DoubleClick Search, Mobile, and Rich Media. These projects will include technical assistance on business pitches, product implementations, product upgrades, and custom solutions.
You will work on multiple projects concurrently, either independently or on small teams. You'll help customers with product configuration and business process improvement, combining your deep understanding of DoubleClick products to provide best-in-class solutions.

Responsibilities
Act as the campaign point of contact for assigned clients and named accounts.
Become proficient in the DoubleClick Digital Marketing platform, learn and leverage leading third-party data platforms.
Develop and expand relationships with key advertising clients and agencies, including identifying new opportunities for clients.
Develop case studies and educational materials for clients, and understand the digital platform landscape and marketplace, especially as it relates to agencies, ad networks, and media buyers.
Escalate, track and resolve key client issues, and manage expectations, both internally and externally, with clients for campaign implementation, management and performance.


Minimum qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of relevant experience in digital advertising sales.

Preferred qualifications
Knowledge of and established relationships within the advertising industry and relevant industry vertical.
Knowledge of traditional as well as contemporary/online marketing tactics and strategy.
A deep understanding of the digital industry's issues, a vision for its growth, and a commitment to advance Google's forward-looking strategies within the marketplace.
Desire to learn deeply across multiple products, with a focus on ad-serving, rich media, search, analytics, tag management, and programmatic display.
