Director - Structured Transactions & Advisory Services - CBRE Asia Pacific - Perth

Job description
The Structured Transactions and Advisory Services (STAS) division of CBRE acts as lead advisor and transaction manager for major projects across all asset classes including mixed-use development and complex transactions for institutions, corporations and government organisations.
CBRE STAS works closely with other CBRE business units throughout the Asia Pacific and as part of multi disciplinary teams for specific projects. We intend to recruit a Director / Associate Director based in Perth to support the continued growth of this business line.

Desired Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will have the following credentials:
At least 7-10 years experience in the real estate sectorDegree(s) in Economics / Commerce / Finance applied in real estateActed in a professional services capacity in delivering client solutionsExperience in team development and managementBusiness development experience and capability
